Order
How do I cancel or modify my order?
To cancel or modify your order, quickly send us an email mentioning your order number to hello@patatamodeler.ch
We will do what is necessary to cancel/modify your order, if it has not already been shipped.
Where can I find my order number?
When you place an order, an email containing your order summary and your tracking code will be sent to you.
You did not receive it? It may have slipped into your spam folder.
Otherwise, contact our customer service hello@patatamodeler.ch.
Tracking control
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you have not received it, you can send us an email to hello@patatamodeler.ch
I haven't received my order, what should I do?
If you still have not received your package after 6 days and the status of your order on the tracking site has not changed, contact us and we will open an investigation with the Post Office.

Composition
- The suits are 100% organic cotton.
- The evolving parts contain 4% elastane to make it easier to put on and wrap our (not so) little ones well.
Where are they made?
Our clothes are made in Portugal in a workshop which is part of an important social project.

Tell me it washes easily!
- We recommend machine washing at 30°C, with similar colors
- Air dry or tumble dry at low temperature (yes, because sometimes it takes a long time to air dry and we don't always have time after the 8th explosion).
What is the difference between the two models?
Apart from the thickness and the hood, none!
To wear according to your wishes and those of your children and to leave for more than 24 hours if we wish (who has never left their baby in the same pajamas/onesie night and day?)
